Blue Sky Joint Venture

A strategic joint venture between the Dalhom Group and Blue Sky, with Dalhom holding 50% ownership.
Blue Sky is one of Israel’s leading automotive leasing companies, selling over 10,000 vehicles annually and offering full-service solutions including operational leasing, financial leasing, private leasing, trade-in, and buyback programs.
The company operates 12 sales locations across the country.
Through this partnership, Dalhom won the largest government tender in Israel for supplying new vehicles.

Executive Leadership

  • Hamdan Fadila - President

    Hamdan is the founder and owner of Dalhom Motors, a leading automotive group in Israel specializing in the import, distribution, and after-sales service of commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses.
    With over 15 years of industry experience, he has successfully led the introduction and growth of major international brands in Israel, including Foton, King Long, Temsa, and Rox Motors.

  • Miki Bogoslavski - Chief Executive Officer

    Miki joined Dalhom Motors in 2023 as CEO, bringing over 25 years of senior leadership experience in finance, corporate strategy, and international business development.
    Before joining Dalhom Motors, he served as CFO of the Benish Group, held senior roles in Amdocs’ finance division, and served as CFO of Best-Ad Hi-Tech Media (Teddy Sagi Group).
    Earlier in his career, Miki served as First Secretary and Consul at the Israeli Embassy, where he built a broad and influential network in both business and political spheres.
